If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
• the item must be unused and in its original condition
• include original packaging when possible
• proof of purchase may be required

Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a replacement item, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you with the process.
